Helping People and Organisations Thrive

Leadership, Culture & Wellbeing Solutions That Work

Helping leaders build psychologically safe workplaces where people and performance can thrive.

Who we are

Aurora partners with organisations to strengthen leadership, improve organisational effectiveness and create workplaces where people and performance can thrive.

Grounded in psychology and behavioural science, we work alongside senior leaders, executive teams and People professionals to navigate complex leadership, culture and workplace challenges. Whether developing leadership capability, building psychologically safe environments or supporting organisational change, our approach is practical, evidence-based and tailored to the unique needs of each organisation. As organisations embrace AI and new ways of working, we help leaders navigate the people and cultural dimensions of change that technology alone can’t solve.

Co-founded by Ngozi Weller, an experienced management training consultant, and Obehi Alofoje, a psychologist, executive coach and behavioural change specialist, Aurora brings over 30 years of combined experience helping organisations unlock the potential of their people and leaders.

We believe lasting organisational success starts with healthy leadership, strong relationships and the confidence to have honest conversations. By combining psychological insight with practical business experience, we help organisations build resilient leaders, stronger teams and healthier workplace cultures that deliver sustainable performance.

Managing Director, FSL Aerospace

I’ll be honest, at first, I was a bit sceptical when I realised the programme was six months long. That seemed like a huge investment in time for a management team. But, having gone through it, the six months really gets it embedded into you and to the business because you continue looking at it. It’s not a quick fix, so to have six months of support meant that we were able to use Ngozi and Obehi to actually help us through that.

Business System's Lead Nucleargraduates, Energus

We all became mental health first aiders back in 2016, but until we had that session with Aurora, it wasn’t as evident to us what we should be looking for and how we could help the grads. They understood who we are and why we work. We’re quite a different type of organisation, our structure is set up quite differently, but they made that work. They tailored it for us. The learning and experience that the course added to the graduates, it was amazing… the course was 100% value for money.

The Aurora Wellbeing 360°™

This stage is critical for understanding how your employees actually feel about working at your company. Where do they perceive the issues or gaps to be and what improvements do they really want to see?
This final stage secures the learning and development achieved by embedding it in company policy. It ensures that employee wellbeing continues to be a priority for your business long after the project has ended, by identifying and monitoring sensible stewardship metrics.
This stage is designed to elicit buy-in from all employees by sharing the motivation for change, demonstrating senior management leadership and by raising awareness of mental health issues and available support.
This stage is about changing behaviours through powerful, proven coaching techniques. It is designed to have the most impact on company culture by empowering those in a position of influence to identify, normalise and manage mental health issues in the workplace.
At Aurora, we believe that every employee should feel that they can trust their leaders and be accountable and honest to them, knowing that their wellbeing needs are an ultimate business priority. But this level of trust and openness is only fostered in a culture of psychological safety. Our Wellbeing 360˚ explains the 4 key areas you must focus on to truly embed wellbeing into the fabric of your organisation.
