Good Health is Good Business
Our Vision
Our Values
At Aurora, we believe that everybody has the right to good mental health and wellbeing at work. That is, as defined by the World Health Organisation, a positive state of mental wellbeing “in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.” It may seem like a tall order, but with effective wellbeing strategies to support and strengthen your employees, we know that it can be achieved.

Ngozi Weller
Director, Aurora UK
Ngozi Weller is a wellbeing and productivity consultant and an ICF accredited coach who helps build resilience into your business by creating psychologically safe workplaces that enable employees to thrive. Having worked for over 15 years in the world of Big Oil, Ngozi has experienced first-hand how challenging the corporate world can be. When she’s not doling out advice, she can be found sitting mute on the sofa watching tv with her husband or refereeing fights between her two kids. She is an avid cook and lover of good food, good music, and great company (but not necessarily in that order!). She is an engaging speaker who regularly shares her moving story on the public stage, including at events such as MAD World and Wellbeing at Work.
Obehi Alofoje
Director, Aurora UK
Obehi Alofoje is a psychologist, stress management consultant, and productivity coach who supports HR leaders to implement effective and impactful mental well-being and productivity strategies in the workplace. She also coaches leaders to manage stressful situations, and to overcome traumatic experiences, affecting their mental health. Obehi delivers simple but effective mental well-being and productivity strategies designed to help senior leaders and their teams thrive at work, thereby preventing the rise of professional burnout and a rapid decline of good mental health in a post-COVID era. She has been featured on NBC’s New York Live and is a contributor for the online publication, Psychology Today.
How canyoudrive cultural change?
Times are changing and as awareness increases, there is less stigma surrounding mental health issues. But for many, recognizing that they have a need and reaching out for help is still too difficult. The key to mental wellbeing in the workplace lies in creating a culture of trust, one that encourages openness and honesty. Achieving this psychological safety takes time and cannot be achieved overnight. It requires commitment from senior leadership that understands that good wellbeing is good business.
